With the increase in Asian hate crimes and with the spa shooting in Atlanta last week, decided to take a moment to reflect on it as only as I could, honestly. This was a very difficult episode to unpack, but one that I felt necessary.

1) Report incidents when they occur or are noticed. Getting them logged is important.

2) Do a "check in" with your Asian friends.
